Step 08: Electronics development Details

The development process at Feo takes into consideration optimally dimensioned, state-of-the-art yet tried-and-tested electronic components from renowned manufacturers. Our second-source concept also guarantees the availability of the electronic components in the event of bottlenecks, stoppages or long product life cycles.

Naturally, the development of electronics also includes the preparation of circuit diagrams, layouts and guaranteed compliance with the EMC-relevant standards of our products. For sensitive industries, such as medical technology, we possess the necessary qualifications and are equipped to deal with the required approvals and tests for you.

Our electronics development is guaranteed in the qualification phases by tests already defined in the system specifications. The results are documented in detail. Reviews in accordance with the dual-control principle are standard procedure. For the individual requirements of the electronics, we set up suitable test stations so that commissioning is fully guaranteed right from the start.
